Adviser desk licence terms

These terms apply to practice desk licences (commercial use). Consumer subscriptions are covered by the Terms of Service. This is a software licence, not legal advice.

1. What you are licensing

An annual desk licence lets one adviser workstation use the SuperCalc Pro Adviser app for commercial advice-practice work. Quantity on your Stripe subscription is the number of licensed desks. A one-month firm trial covers every desk on that subscription.

2. Commercial use

Consumer plans (Advanced Retirement / All Access) are for individuals and must not be used to deliver financial advice to clients. Adviser desk licences are the commercial product for licensed practices.

3. Not financial advice · no AFSL

SuperCalc Pro Pty Ltd does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and does not provide personal financial product advice. The software is educational modelling only. Your practice remains responsible for advice, file notes, SOA content, and compliance under its own licence.

4. Fees, GST, and billing

Prices are in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST unless stated.
GST is added for Australian businesses via Stripe Tax where enabled.
Billing is annual per desk, charged through Stripe.
Volume rates: 2–5 desks at the volume price; 6–15 desks at the practice price; 16+ desks by firm quote.

5. One-month firm trial

A trial is a Stripe subscription with a 30-day trial on the number of desks you select at checkout. No card is required to start. Advisers across the practice can use the software in live meetings during the month. The trial ends after 30 days unless you add a payment method in Manage licence (Stripe customer portal). If a card is on file, Stripe charges the annual desk licence for that quantity when the trial ends. If you do nothing, there is no annual charge. You can also cancel earlier via the portal or email support@supercalcpro.com.au.

6. Access and seats

The billing email is assigned to desk 1 at checkout. The practice manager assigns remaining desks to adviser emails in the Adviser app (Assign desks). Each assigned adviser restores access with their own email at restore-access. Access is unlocked in that browser. Do not exceed the licensed desk count.

7. Data

Scenarios run in the browser. Client details are not uploaded to run the model. Do not treat the product as a client CRM or source of truth for personal information.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at period end or during the trial via the customer portal. A trial with no payment method ends automatically after 30 days. Refunds follow our refund policy unless a written firm agreement says otherwise.
