Refund Eligibility

Who Can Request a Refund?

Any subscriber can request a full refund if:

  • Within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date
  • For any reason—dissatisfaction, change of plans, technical issues, or simply changed your mind
  • You purchased an Essential or SMSF Pro subscription (monthly or annual)

Note: Free accounts have full access to Basic and Accumulation calculators at no cost, so no refund is applicable.

What's Included in Your Refund?

  • 100% refund of your subscription fee
  • Refund processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card)
  • No cancellation fees or administrative charges
  • Refund typically appears within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to: support@supercalcpro.com.au

Include in your email:

  • Your account email address
  • Your subscription type (Essential or SMSF Pro)
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Step 2: We Process Your Refund

We'll respond within 24 hours (business days) to confirm your refund request.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days and credited back to your original payment method via Stripe (our payment processor).

Step 3: Your Subscription is Canceled

Once the refund is processed, your subscription will be canceled immediately. You'll retain access to your free account with Basic and Accumulation calculators.

After the 30-Day Window

Refunds are not available after 30 days from your initial purchase date. However, you can:

  • Cancel anytime—Your subscription will not renew at the end of your billing period
  • Retain access—You'll keep full access until the end of your paid period
  • No penalties—No cancellation fees or charges
  • Re-subscribe anytime—Your account and saved data remain available

Example: If you purchased an annual subscription on January 1, 2025, you can request a full refund until January 31, 2025. After that date, you can cancel to prevent renewal on January 1, 2026, but won't receive a refund for the current period.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from using SuperCalc Pro, please contact us immediately. We'll work to resolve the issue within 48 hours or offer a refund regardless of the 30-day window.

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice or incorrectly charged, we'll issue an immediate refund for the duplicate or incorrect charge—no time limit applies.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or disagree with a charge, please contact us before disputing with your bank or credit card company. We resolve 99% of billing issues within 24 hours.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you're past the 30-day refund window but want to cancel future billing:

Option 1: Through Your Account

  1. Log in to your SuperCalc Pro account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm cancellation

Option 2: Email Us

Send an email to support@supercalcpro.com.au with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. We'll process your cancellation within 24 hours.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide.

  • Refunds appear as a credit from "SuperCalc Pro" or "Stripe"
  • Timing depends on your bank (typically 5-10 business days)
  • You'll receive a refund confirmation email from both us and Stripe
